Senior Manager, Industry X.0 – Accenture Digital

Tae is a Senior Manager in Industry X.0 practice. He engages global manufacturers as a trusted advisor in topics like Industry 4.0, Digital Assessment and Transformation, Manufacturing Systems Portfolio Management and Strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and IT systems design and implementations, he is at ease with variety of industry processes, but most strong in Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Medical Devices, High-Tech Electronics, and Steel industries.

After getting his Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University in Montreal, he launched his career with GM PowerTrain as a Systems Engineer where he was trained in many aspects of manufacturing operations and common systems deployment for plant-side applications. Later, he joined MES/MOM software vendors such as Dassault (formerly Apriso) and SAP ME (formerly Visiprise) where he expanded his knowledge in MES product development. Recently, Tae took on senior level leadership roles with global technology consulting firms where he has built impressive track records in servicing clients in their journey towards Industry X.0.
